Gratnell Storage Trays
APMG is an authorised distributor of Gratnell trays, frames and trolleys. The Gratnell system provides fully adjustable storage with Nylon coated steel runners positioned at 25mm intervals.
Gratnell trays are made from 20% talc filled Polypropylene. They are resistant to the majority of chemicals used in schools and are semi-fire retardant at 0.22mm per min for safety. There is also an anti-static additive. All trays are 312mm wide and 427mm long. Shallow trays are 75mm high, Deep trays are 150mm high and Jumbo trays are 300mm high. Lids and inserts are available.
P104BSTU Bulk Storage unit
Cupboard carcase in 18mm Melamine coated MDF. Doors in light grey or a colour of your choice. Includes 4 full width shelves, 8 shallow trays and 8 deep trays. Dimensions 2050 x 480 x 1050mm (Height x Depth x Width).
P104TU Tray cupboard
Cupboard carcase in 18mm Melamine coated MDF. Doors in light grey or a colour of your choice. 3 column tray storage with 8 shallow trays and 8 deep trays. Dimensions 880 x 500 x 1050mm. (M104TU Moveable version also available - with lockable castors)
Storage trolleys
Steel frame finished in hard wearing grey epoxy coating. Fitted with metal top and industrial grade castors. Double column trolley carries 12 shallow trays. Dimensions 850 x 420 x 725mm. Triple Column trolley carries 18 shallow trays. Dimensions 850 x 420 x 1055mm.
Storage Frame
Steel frame finished in hard wearing grey epoxy coating. Fitted with metal top and adjustable feet. Includes 6 (1/3 width) shelves, 18 shallow trays, 3 deep trays and 3 jumbo trays. Dimensions 1850 x 420 x 1055mm.
