Tables
All our laboratory tables are manufactured at our Manchester factory which means we can offer a variety of sizes and colour combinations. APMG's tables are widely used in other applications as well as science laboratories; where tough, scratch and stain resistant worktops are required.
The most common dimensions are 1200 x 600 and 1500 x 750mm because these are manageable sizes and the worktops can be made economically from standard sheet sizes. We regularly manufacture many other sizes to suit customer’s requirements.
Common heights are 900, 850, 750mm – again other heights are available to suit your requirements.
Worktops are usually 16mm thick Trespa but other materials are also available.
The frames are manufactured from epoxy coated steel. The steel sections are chosen to provide a robust frame for the size of table specified.
The frames can be finished in a range of colours. We recommend the textured (orange peel effect) finishes as they are tougher and more scratch resistant.
All tables are fitted with height adjustable feet to aid levelling on uneven floors.
Options such as low level shelves and cupboard/drawer units may be fitted to the table.
Mobile Tables
The addition of lockable castors can enhance layout flexibility, or may be used where analytical equipment needs regular access to the rear for servicing.
