Production Waste Minimisation

• Our computer controlled saws automatically calculate the optimum way to cut each panel giving the least material wastage.
• Panel off-cuts are used to make pallets
• Reuse packaging materials

Recycling

• Aluminium and Steel off-cuts
• Plastics (mainly PVC and polypropylene)
• Cardboard and polythene packaging
• Paper

Energy efficiency

• Energy efficient lighting
• Heater thermostats and timers
• Enhanced thermal insulation
• Machinery shut down when not in use

Transport

• Encourage car sharing and cycling to work
• Consolidate raw material deliveries and finished goods deliveries
